Compass has invested heavily in the past five years to engineer a process that delivers localized versions of training modules in about 50% less time than others. We call it Authentic Localization^TM. Not only fast, but the process assures a “right-first-time” delivery. We incorporate native language speakers as front-end experts to review the text and visual aspects of the source training content. They offer advice on modifications to ensure the learning experience will be effective for the target audience. Then, there is a similar resource used to review and sign-off on the final language version before delivery to the customer.

Compass has competency in transforming content within all authoring tools – Storyline, Captivate, Articulate Rise, Lectora, Domiknow, and others. All eLearning support tools can be managed as well: SCORM, xAPI, HTML5, AICC, and video.
